This drying cabinet was previously used for drying fire hoses. It measures 49"x 44" x 49". It is in excellent working condition and comes with 10 heavy-duty, removable galvanized-steel shelves. It works by drawing in fresh air over a thermostatically-controlled, top-mounted axial fan. It then draws the heated air through the cabinet and is vented out with the moisture it collects. As an alternative to the warm air settings available, it also has an ambient air setting which dries without heat.
This circulating dryer may be ideal for smoking /drying/curing meat! If you are so inclined, it could also be converted into a smoker with a little ingenuity.
